The LIBERTE rain cape from Flotte accompanies you on foot or by bike. Waterproof, windproof and breathable, it combines a loose fit with an adjustable hood with a visor. Offered in the Ombre colorway, it transforms into a backpack for easy carrying when the rain stops.
